Long Stay Terms & Conditions

Definition Of Long Stay

A long stay is defined as any booking with a minimum duration of 14 – 30 consecutive nights.

Payment Terms

• Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm the reservation, as agreed at the time of booking.
• For monthly stays, payment may be required in advance on a monthly basis.
• Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be required prior to check-in.
• The deposit will be used to cover any damages, losses, or additional charges.
• The remaining balance will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection.

Refund Policy

All long stay reservations are non-refundable. Payments made cannot be refunded in case of cancellation, early termination, or no-show.

Early Termination 

If the Guest chooses to end the stay earlier than the agreed period, no refund will be provided for unused nights.

Extension Of Stay

Any extension of stay is subject to availability and may be charged at the current applicable rates.

Utilities & Services

• Utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.) may be charged separately depending on usage.
• Housekeeping frequency will be [daily / weekly / as agreed].

Guest Obligations

• Maintain the property in good condition;
• Follow all house rules and local regulations;
• Avoid activities that may disturb neighbors or violate laws;
• Be responsible for any damage caused during the stay.

Maintenance & Access

The Villa reserves the right to access the property for maintenance, repairs, or inspection with prior notice to the Guest, except in emergencies.

Termination By Villa

The Villa reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund if the Guest violates these terms, house rules, or applicable laws.

Internet Provider

The villa uses MTM as its internet provider, with speeds of up to 200 Mbps, making it ideal for remote working and other online activities.
