This policy is an integral part of the applicable booking Terms & Conditions at Bhatara Villa Sanur.
All confirmed reservations are strictly non-refundable. Any payments made by the Guest shall not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation, modification of reservation, failure to check-in (no-show), or early departure.
If the Guest cancels a confirmed reservation, all payments made are non-refundable.
However, Management may allow the Guest to reschedule their stay to a future date, subject to availability and the following conditions:
Failure to utilize the rescheduled booking shall result in forfeiture of the full payment.
Any request to change reservation details, including stay dates, depends on availability and Management decision. If the change is approved, additional charges or rate adjustments may apply based on the current prices at the time of the request.
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, civil disturbances, or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Management, no refunds shall be issued. However, Management may offer alternative arrangements such as rescheduling the stay.
In circumstances where Bhatara Villa Sanur is unable to confirm reservation, the Villa’s liability shall be limited to a refund of the amount actually received from the Guest, without any obligation to provide further compensation.
Bhatara Villa Sanur shall not be held responsible for any booking errors made by the Guest, including but not limited to incorrect dates, number of guests, or accommodation type.
